BEGIN YOUR WELLNESS JOURNEY.

my approach

As a holistic, trauma-informed therapist, I take an attachment-oriented approach that embraces the connection between the mind, body, heart, and spirit. Informed by mindfulness and my own insight practice, I want to understand how these elements, coupled with your social environment, have shaped your life experience. I consider myself an active facilitator, a co-explorer who will walk alongside you to uncover the inner wisdom that exists within you, no matter how far away it seems.

To get there, we’ll take a multi-pronged approach, working ‘bottom up’ to address how your bodily experience impacts your day-to-day and ‘top down’ to understand how your mind dictates your reality. We will look at how your emotional experience lives in your body and begin to rebuild your relationship with yourself so that you can step into the most embodied, enlivened version of you. Whether it be finding meaning, purpose, and alignment, or simply just clarity, I am here to guide you.

I also believe that our past impacts the way we show up in the world today, and that by exploring our early life experiences and relationships, we can build awareness of our patterns and then decide to make a change. We will take the time to understand and heal the scars that have impacted your relationships and sense of self, and then build out a tool kit that will allow you to make real tangible shifts in your life.

Of course, none of this work would be possible without a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. This will allow me to be active in session to push and challenge you towards your goals versus sitting back and nodding along. I believe that deep shifts can occur within us when we are truly witnessed and seen. I will show up with warmth, presence, and authenticity so that we can cultivate a safe, non-judgmental space for you to show up exactly as you are so that you can step into the person you want to be.

Who are you becoming?

Who do you want to become?
