San Francisco trauma eating disorder therapist

About Me

As a holistic trauma therapist, my work emphasizes the connection between the mind, body, heart, and psyche. I consider myself an active facilitator for you on your journey towards uncovering the inner wisdom that exists within you, no matter how far away it seems.

I want to understand how chronic stress and early life relationships have influenced the way you show up today. I’m interested in the narratives and limiting self-beliefs that may prompt unwanted self-sabotaging patterns. We will explore what holds you back by healing the wounded parts that drive your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will help you to develop a robust set of tools and strategies that will allow you to make real tangible shifts in your life.

My work is holistic and integrative, meaning I individualize treatment planning based on your needs. I work relationally and pull from a variety of different modalities including parts work, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and somatic trauma reprocessing models.

Of course, none of this would be possible without a trusting therapeutic relationship. I will enter the space with kindness, presence, and compassion so that together we can cultivate a safe, non-judgmental environment that allows for the fullest expression of you.
